- Work with warehouse team to identify part orders for inventory

Parts & Accessories Specialist - Grand Rapids
Seeking a full-time Parts specialist for retail sales in the motorcycle and snowmobile industry.Responsibilities and Duties
- Assisting customers both on the phone, email, and person to person in a friendly, professional, and positive manner
- Cashiering
- Using a computer to look at fiche diagrams and figure out the right parts customers need
- Staying informed and knowledgeable of new products and their features
- Labeling and pricing products as they arrive from distributors
- The ability to work between this department, as well as all other departments in the store, as requested

Service Writer - Grand Rapids
Seeking a reliable and experienced service writer; this person must have basic mechanical experience and will interact with customers daily. A service writer position is the face of the Service & Repair Department and is responsible for incoming repairs. Responsibilites include:- Schedule customer repairs via phone calls, and web requests while simultaneously helping in-store customers
- Assist customers with checking in vehicles
- Cashier customers picking up vehicles
- Use technician repair order notes to explain repairs to customers and acquire authorization for additional repairs
- Read and decipher parts diagrams to explain repairs to customers
- Work collaboratively alongside trained technicians to deliver exceptional customer service
- Submit warranties to manufacturers for authorization
- Available to work based around a Monday through Saturday schedule (Closed Sundays)

Service Technician - Grand Rapids
Village MotorSports is looking to hire a reliable and experienced motorcycle/ATV/UTV technician. Qualified technician must be able to diagnose, adjust, repair, and/ or overhaul motorcycles and other similar motorized power vehicles including scooters, mopeds, dirt bikes, ATV, UTV, snowmobiles, and PWC's.MOTORCYCLE SERVICE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive or motorcycle technician experience or equivalent schooling
- Must have reliable transportation and have your own toolbox and tools
- Experience servicing motorcycles/ATV/UTV's is preferred
- Must be respectful and possess a team player attitude to work collaboratively alongside other trained technicians
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work Monday thru Saturday (Closed Sundays)
- Basic computer skills
- Adhere to a drug free work environment and company safety guidelines
Parts Shipping & Receiving Staff - Grand Rapids
- Verifying shipment contents.
- Confirming product integrity, checking for overages, shortages or damage.
- Candidates must be highly motivated, a self-starter who can work independently or with a team.
- Heavy lifting required up to 50 lbs.
- The candidate must be excellent with numbers and have outstanding computer skills.
- Being detailed orientated, and not prone to making clerical mistakes
- The ability to move with purpose
- Route incoming shipments to proper department
- Prepare shipping documents and mailing labels
- Properly pack and ship customer orders
- UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, and Freight experience preferred
- Accurately locate, tag, stock and pull inventory
- Hi-Lo experience is a plus
